In other articles we write about electric cars and also about small eco-friendly city car, and these cars are in productions or will be released in future. In this article, we can write about the projects cars, projects that can be possible cars in the future , or just will be a muse for others eco cars.
What is an eco-car?
An eco car can be a hybrid car, electric car, biodiesel, hydrogen car or a car that can consume alternative energy.
Explicit eco car
Explicit is a car designed by Kenyon Yeh, a designer from Taiwan, and the idea was to design a car for heavy traffic on city roads. Explicit is a single car transportation inspired by the sharpness and clearness of the visibility plus the sporty taste of the vehicle.

The vehicle is designed to adapt different situations and change its shape according to speed and parking purposes. Featuring a compact sporty design through hard and smooth lines, between straight and curved, the Explicit also integrates a trunk or storage at the rear for long or heavy-duty traveling.

Fiat Multipla eco car
This car concept is designed by an Italian designer Andrea Spaggiari, and the car was designed for Canadian Auto Show. The vehicle concept that featuring an innovative frame structure seems to be the new Fiat Multipla.

The designed divide the car in two parts, the outer cage and the interior capsule, which can be interchanged to meet the needs of different users. Accommodating up to six passengers comfortably, the EFS runs on a hydrogen fuel cell that powers four in-wheel motors and allows a safe and sustainable ride. The interior is so simple yet functional that the users can adjust or even detach it according to their needs. And a vibrant color scheme (both interior and exterior) gives it a typical Italian look. In short, the External Frame Structure is a modular vehicle that bends to the changing needs of the modern user.

Curve Surfer eco car
Curve Surfer is a concept car designd by Michaël van Vuuren, and the project was designed for an international design contest, the Allivision 09. Curve Surfer is a car concept that provides an eco ride even without compromising on speed and performance. The car was inspired from a catamaran that symbolizes speed, pureness, energy, travel and passion, the futuristic vehicle runs on solar energy produced by solar panels located on the roof.

Integrating a transparent floor or chassis for an exciting ride, the Curve Surfer features a modula
r wheel system, allowing a more intensive feeling on the curves to the rider.

Mitho eco car
The car was designed by Victor Uribe, and the idea it was to design a car with zero emission electric car for two passengers. The car was mainly inspired by all the tradition and iconic figures of SF.

The vehicle carries ample space for two passengers and is equipped with a solar array on the roof that charges the vehicle’s onboard battery pack. In addition to the use of solar energy, the vehicle also uses panels made from recycled wood, which lowers the Mitho’s carbon footprint even further.

The vehicle is also equipped with OLED graphics that allow the driver to change the look of the car according to the requirements. With a lightweight construction, the vehicle promises to save on precious energy.
Lotus eco car
Lotus launch a leccy version of its Evora sports car, following a leaked company presentation highlighting how the model could be used as the basis for a sporty e-car.

The sporty e-car is expected to be powered by a 200KW electric motor generating 269bhp. The motor will be fueled by a 71KWh battery pack that according to the document will be good enough for a range of 230 miles.

Although the presentation is aimed at third-party car makers after quick and easy access to a versatile car platform, instead of it being a direct indication of Lotus‘ own plans, the document shows that the Norfolk-based car firm has clearly put serious thought into the putative e-car.
Audi Avatar eco car
Audi Avatar is a car concept designed by Edwin Conan (Yi Yuan), and the car was designed to be powered by a supercharge-ion battery, and because the car has a lightweight body and an aerodynamic design, the vehicle will be able to reach a top speed of 360kph and accelerate to 100kph in just 2.9 seconds.

The designer lets us know that the Avatar is an electric powered supercar straight from the year 2032. It aims to capture the joy children of our generation had playing “future” racing games in their kidlike youth. It’s got a long range supercharge-ion battery driving 4 in-wheel electric motors.

HSV Encore eco car
Industrial designer Edwin Yi Yuan thinks that muscle cars can be powered by green fuels, and the HSV Encore 2020 will make Edwin’s dreams come true. The car features a sophisticated dual-fuel 6-liter V8 with cylinder shutdown function (so at low speed, the car only use 4 cylinders, only when you put the foot down, all 8 cylinders fire up). The engine runs on ethanol E85 and hydrogen carried on board (there are two tanks on board, one for E85, one for hydrogen, and there are fill-up caps on each side of the car).

The driver can switch between two fuels at any time for either economical and quietness or for extreme high performance and muscle noise.
People always blame powerful V8 performance cars for ruining the environment, but this car can change that opinion with its cylinder shutdown technology and use of green fuels that is ethanol E85 and hydrogen. At the same time it keeps the joy of driving of a performance car with a muscle car look intact.

By the year 2020, carbon fiber will be mass produced. The car is almost entirely constructed from carbon fiber for extreme light weight and safety. Encore is also very practical for everyday use and it provides a decent interior and boot space with split “Suicide Doors.”
