Audi is one of the most successfully company cars, and in every year the company builds beautiful, sophisticated machines that embody technological perfection. Audi success is built on core values of creativity, commitment and enthusiasm, and keeping his customers’ desires at the heart of everything they do.
In this article you can read about the Audi cars which will be released in 2010, what bring new cars of 2010, and the latest technology from Audi, technology which will be included in Audi cars from 2010.
2010 Audi A3
A new generation of Audi A3 will be offered at the end of 2010, and the car is intended to become the most attractive vehicle in the segment and will be offered in at least three different body types.
The first new A3 to go in production will be a 3-door sports hatch with a very dynamic line and an ascendant profile. The front will be even more dynamic than it currently is, and the rear will offer an inclined window. The other two will be a 5-door sedan and a convertible.

For daytime use, Audi A3 will have included in the front light LED’s, also will have included LED’s in the side mirrors and in the rear as braking lights. The lateral protection strips will be eliminated for a cleaner design. The wheelbase will be slightly increased and the car will also be widened.

The new Audi A3 car will have a new petrol FSI and diesel TDI engines, and without the engine, the cars will have included a new gearboxes with 7-gears dual clutch DSG transmission. A future S3 top model equipped with a turbo engine is expected to offer up to 300 bhp. Also not confirmed, an RS3 might also be possible.
2010 Audi A5 cabriolet
Audi will release a new A5 cabriolet version in 2010 which combine adventurous style with lasting beauty. Letter “S” from Audi S5 Cabriolet stands for supreme sportiness, dynamics, performance and power, but also for amazing efficiency. The engine for the newest A5 Cabriolet is a three-liter V6 engine that pumps out 245 kW (333 hp) for superior performance.

The Audi A5 Cabriolet is being launched with three gasoline engines and two diesel engines ranging between 132 kW (180 hp) and 195 kW (265 hp). All five power plants are fueled via direct fuel injection; four of them use turbocharging. Available powertrains include a six-speed manual, the continuously variable multitronic and the new, lightning-fast seven-speed S tronic. In addition to front-wheel drive, Audi also offers quattro permanent all-wheel drive for the higher-power engines. The innovative sport differential, which variably distributes power between the rear wheels, is optionally available for even greater dynamics and driving pleasure.

As with the A4 sedan, the new cabriolet’s full-frame grille finally seems natural, perhaps because it’s complemented by such interesting headlights with their jewellike LED running lights. The rear of the new car is also distinctive, featuring broad taillights, a spoiler on the trunk and an aero diffuser in a contrasting color to the bodywork, plus you can even get LED-type taillights when you choose the optional xenon HID headlights.

The A5 Cabriolet’s cabin likely will be as snug and inviting as that in the A5 Coupe. For the convertible edition, Audi fits a 50/50 split-folding rear seat for access to the small trunk. Safety features on the 2010 Audi A5 Cabriolet and S5 Cabriolet include dual front and side airbags, as well as anti-lock brakes, traction and stability control.
2010 Audi S4
“S” class autos are solid vehicles, but they’ve been more luxury than sport, which is really what the “S” is supposed to stand for. Though less powerful than its predecessor, this slick-looking 4-door is faster and produces a relentless wave of torque that completely contradicts the manufacturer’s ratings.
The new Audi S4 is outfitted with a supercharged V6. The direct-injected, 333 horsepower 3.0-liter V6 in the 2010 S4 may just be the best engine an S4 has ever seen. It’s 11 horsepower shy of the previous V8’s 344 hp, but it makes 325 lb-ft of torque.

Power from the Audi’s new engine is channeled through either a standard six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed S-tronic dual-clutch automatic, which the driver can operate manually through the shift lever or steering wheel-mounted paddles. Executing shifts in a few hundredths of a second with no loss of traction, the S tronic seven-speed also sports an intelligent control system designed to maximize fuel-efficiency when the transmission is left in fully automatic mode.

2010 Audi S5 cabriolet
While some convertible competitors to the 2010 Audi S5 Cabriolet, such as models from Mercedes-Benz, have gone toward the hard top method for their convertibles, the Audi S5 retains the soft top. The Audi S5 Cabriolet’s engine is a newly developed, supercharged, three-liter V6. A supercharger in the space between the two banks of cylinders pressurizes the direct-injection 3.0 TFSI to up to 0.8 bar. Two downstream intercoolers reduce the temperature of the compressed intake air. Power peaks at 245 kW (333 hp); torque between 2,900 and 5,300 rpm remains constant at a generous 440 Nm (324.53 lb-ft).

Available on the S5 will be a new quattroSport rear differential that, similar to BMW’s Dynamic Performance Control, can vary torque between the two rear wheels. Also available will be the Audi Drive Select system, which varies engine, transmission, steering, and suspension settings based on the driver’s preferences.
A number of design features contribute to the distinctively sporty styling, including modifications at the lower front and back panels, at the front spoiler and the diffuser, at the single-frame grille, at the air intakes, at the sill trims and at the four tailpipes. The exterior mirrors are mounted in shimmering aluminum-look housings. The Sprint Blue, pearl effect paint finish is exclusive to the Audi S5 Cabriolet and emphasizes its athletic character.

When opened, the top is retracted underneath a fixed cover, where it is folded down into an extremely compact shape. Its storage compartment, which automatically lowers itself into the trunk space, only takes up a few centimeters in height – and only 60 liters (2.12 cu ft) of the 380 liters (13.42 cu ft) of luggage space. The remaining 320 liters (11.3 cu ft) with the top open are by far the best value among comparable vehicles. What’s more, the low position of the loading lip makes loading and unloading easier. The wind deflector, which is supplied as standard, can be stored in the spare-wheel well to save space.
2010 Audi TT RS
The TT RS is an even more performance-oriented variant than the recently unveiled TTS. It will be sold in Coupe and Roadster variants, both of which have virtually identical specs under the hood.

The 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder puts out 340 horsepower and 332 lb-ft torque running through a six-speed manual transmission and Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system.

Although the exterior of the RS appears similar to the S model, there are a few subtle changes. The TT-RS forgoes the S’ fog lights in order to accommodate larger air intakes, allowing for better airflow to the engine. In addition, the RS also sports bigger wheels and brakes. Out back are a set of oval exhaust outlets, a signature design cue for Audi’s performance range of vehicles.
